Will there be alcohol for sale?
It is the policy of Aramark to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. Aramark has informed the Mets of the following Aramark alcohol service policies for Citi Field:
  1. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to any guests under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. All Aramark servers and management staff are to be TEAM or TIPS trained.
  2. The legal drinking age in New York is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, Aramark requires valid photo identification from every guest prior to the purchase of alcohol. ID must be presented for every sale. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver's license with picture, military ID with picture or passport with picture.
  3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of Aramark management for special events or special circmstances.
  4. Alcohol sales at concession stands and in suites will stop one hour prior to show ending or earlier at Aramark management discretion.
Is there an ATM or bank to withdraw money?
There are eleven (11) Citi ATM machines at Citi Field. The ATMs accept the following cards: MasterCard, ATH, Visa, Cirrus, Plus, NYCE, Discover, and American Express.
There is a $2 surcharge for non-Citibank cardholders. Guests who have issues with an ATM machine at Citi Field should first contact their financial institution on the back of the ATM card. The financial institution will be able to provide guidance on the next steps based on what the issue was.

Are cameras allowed into the stadium?
Small film or digital cameras are permitted in Citi Field. Commercial grade audio, video and photographic equipment are not permitted in Citi Field due to security considerations.
Are there any clubs?
Yes.
What credit cards are accepted in the stadium?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted at all Mets ticket locations and outlets, and at most Citi Field merchandise and food locations.

What assistance is offered for the disabled?
Citi Field offers several accommodations for guests with disabilities, including seating, wheelchair entry, drinking fountains, elevators, the left field ramp, assisted listening devices, parking, restrooms, closed captioning and wheelchair requests.
What is the best way to get to the stadium?
Mass Transit is advised. Before departing for Citi Field guests are encouraged to check mets.com for the latest information on the #7 subway line, the Long Island Railroad, local traffic and parking areas. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
From Queens:
Citi Field is srved by the Q48 bus. Many other bus lines connect with the train, including the Q18, Q23, Q29, Q32, Q39, Q45, Q47, Q53, Q58, Q60, Q67, Q72, Q104, B24 and B61. For more information, please call 511.

From Port Authority:
Connections to the train can be made by taking the train to the 74th Street-Broadway / Roosevelt Avenue stop in Jackson Heights.

By Bike

NJ Transit
Take NJ Transit to Penn Station and transfer to LIRR. Citi Field is just two stops from Penn Station.

Metro North

Long Island Railroad (LIRR)
Direct LIRR service to Citi Field is available from Penn Station, Woodside, and all stations on the Port Washington Branch. Those traveling from Long Island or southern Queens on other branches can reach Citi Field by changing trains at Woodside, just a five-minute ride from the ballpark. Fans from N.Y.C. or New Jersey can board any Port Washington Branch train at Penn Station, which is just a quick 19 minutes away on the LIRR. The ballpark is just 17 minutes from Great Neck and 27 minutes from Port Washington.

VIA TRAIN:
Always check for service disruptions prior to your trip. Services Citi Field at the Mets/Willets Point Station and makes stops in Manhattan at Times Square, 5th Avenue and Grand Central Station.


From Manhattan:
Take the Williamsburg Bridge to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE/I-278) East to the Long Island Expressway East to Exit 22E for College Point Boulevard, at the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the light onto College Point Boulevard. At the second light (near 59th Ave.) make a left to enter the park and access satellite Parking. Follow direction from NYPD upon entering the Park. ...OR The Queens Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Exit 22E for College Point Boulevard, at the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the light onto College Point Boulevard. From Brooklyn (option #1):
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE/I-278) East to the Long Island Expressway East to Exit 22B for the Grand Central Parkway West. Exit the Grand Central Parkway West at Exit 9E for Citi Field.

From Brooklyn (option #2):
Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to the Van Wyck Expressway North. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway at Exit 12A. Continue straight on to College Point Blvd. Follow signs to Citi Field Parking.

From the Bronx:
Take the Cross Bronx Expressway to Whitestone Bridge to Whitestone Expressway to the Van Wyck Southbound to Exit at 12A, LIE WEST - Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan To College Point Boulevard. ...Take the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway exit 9E- Northern Blvd. / Citi Field exit.

Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway, then to the Whitestone Bridge. Take the Whitestone Expressway South. Stay to the left and take the Van Wyck Expressway. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway South at Exit 12A - College Point Blvd. Follow signs to Citi Field Parking.

From Southern New Jersey:
Take the Goethals Bridge to the Staten Island Expressway East to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE/I-278) East. Directions From Rockland
Take I-87 South (becomes the Major Deegan Expressway in New York City) to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway to exit 9E- Northern Boulevard/Citi Field exit.

Directions from College Point Boulevard
After entering the park via College Point Blvd. follow NYPD officer directions towards the most accessible parking. They will have real-time information on parking lot accessibility so all patrons can arrive at Citi Field as quickly as possible.

What is the emergency plan?
In the event of an emergency, instructions will appear on the scoreboard and Citi Vision board. The Command Post will direct all personnel to posts to assist in the orderly evacuation of guests and event staff.
Is there exit and re-entry available?
Guests who exit the ballpark will not be allowed to re-enter. Guests leaving the ballpark for exceptional circumstances may be permitted to re-enter provided they have received approval from a Security or Guest Services Supervisor before exiting.
Where do I go for fan assistance?

Guests experiencing an issue (i.e. broken seats, unruly fans, hazardous concourse conditions) should alert Ballpark Operations by calling or texting the Fan Assistance Number.
Fans can stop by ballpark locations for directions, ticket sales information, to store strollers and wheelchairs, or for general assistance.
Is there first aid available and where?
The First Response First Aid room is located on the Field Level across from the Hyundai Club third base entrance.
Is there a fan code of conduct?
The Mets Organization is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience. Citi Field event staff members are trained to work in unison with guests to adhere to the following code of conduct to ensure a family entertainment environment:
  • Guests will enjoy the entertainment experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to detract from the guest experience.
  • Guests will show their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed seats.
  • Note: Guests are encouraged to keep their tickets with them at all times
  • Guests will refrain from conduct not appropriate in a public, family setting.

Is there exit and re-entry available?
Guests who exit will not be allowed to re-enter.
Is there a lost and found?
The Citi Field Lost and Found Office is located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda next to the Ticket Office lobby. Guests can contact the office at (718) 559-3178. The office is open from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the show.
Where do I park?
Access-A-Ride - - The drop-off and pick-up location for all guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on 126th Street.
Black Car Service - Guests interested in hiring a car service for postgame transportation will find car service on 126th street outside the Right Field Gate.
Bus/Limo Parking - Located north of Citi Field on the west side of the Shea Road intersection. This lot is commonly referred to as "Pork Chop Hill" and opens three hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games/events at Citi Field. The cost of bus/limo parking is $80.
Event Parking Rates - Any vehicle entering Citi Field's primary parking lots will be charged the event parking fee of $35.
Hours of Operation - All lots will open approximately 3 hours prior to the scheduled beginning of events at Citi Field.
Handicapped Parking - Citi Field's parking lots include parking spaces designated exclusively for our guests with disabilities. These spaces are located in lots A, B, and F and are available to any guest displaying a valid handicapped parking pass and possessing a daily parking receipt for that day's event. Additional handicapped parking spaces are available in the Southfield Lot. Handicapped spaces in Lot G are only for guests with access to Lot G and a handicap placard.
Remote Parking Lots - There are five parking lots outside of the fence line of Citi Field and all accommodate general parking. Three are available for all Citi Field events and two will be available only in special circumstances.
Are pets allowed inside the stadium?
Guests are not permitted to bring any animals into Citi Field with the exception of guide or service animals for guests with disabilities and on specially-designed promotional dates.

Is tailgating allowed?
Tailgating is permitted only under the following conditions:
No open flames of any type.
Only one parking space may be used.
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
Inappropriate or dangerous behavior is not allowed.
For security reasons no trash bins are located in Citi Field parking lots. Guests should bag trash for pick up after the event.

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a fan's removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of NYPD.

Are umbrella's allowed into the stadium?
Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes are permitted in Citi Field as long as they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the concert.
Are there water fountains inside the stadium?
Water fountains can be found throughout Citi Field. They are located outside most restrooms along the first and third baselines on the Field, Porsche, Excelsior and Promenade Levels.
Is there wheel chair/ ADA seating available?
Many wheelchair-accessible seat locations are available in various sections throughout Citi Field. Visit ticketmaster.com for more information.
